KÔGAÏ is an international youth project based on a simple idea: some of Europe’s most meaningful stories are not found in city centres, but in neighbourhoods, suburbs, local communities and everyday places that are often overlooked.
We are looking for young people aged 18 to 24 who would like to take part in a three-week journey through Europe. During this international experience, participants will learn the basics of documentary filmmaking and journalistic writing, while discovering different communities, realities and cultures.
The project is not about already being a filmmaker or journalist. It is about observing with curiosity, making stories visible, expressing your own perspective and rediscovering Europe through the eyes of young people.
The project is a cooperation between OPENS (Serbia), La Friche (France) and Clash! Exchange & Learning. It is funded by the Franco-German Youth Office (DFJW/OFAJ) and Erasmus+.
