Annemarie Schumacher (1978) studied Graphic Design at the Media College Amsterdam and then Art Education at the Amsterdam University of the Arts. In 2012, she moved to Berlin, where she worked for many years as a freelance designer and also gained experience in mentoring students and young professionals.

In addition to her work as a designer, she worked part-time as an internship coordinator and workshop teacher. In this role, she guided students through their learning process, organised internships and maintained contact with organisations and educational institutions. This has given her extensive experience in guiding students in an international context.

Annemarie has been working at Clash! since 2024, where she organises projects for various educational levels and fields of study. Within the team, she is also responsible for supervising interns. Thanks to her organisational skills, her experience in working with students and her knowledge of the Berlin context, she provides careful and reliable guidance throughout the entire internship process.
