PROFESSIONALS

Clash! Exchange & Learning offers training courses and mobility programs for teachers and professionals from the educational and socio-cultural fields. These multi-day training sessions take place in Berlin and are facilitated by the Clash! team. In addition, we arrange accommodation and on-site catering. During the program, participants will work with various themes in a non-formal way, with a strong focus on dialogue and interaction. There is also the opportunity to get to know the city.

METHODS

During the trainings at Clash!, we mainly use non-formal methods to explore the different themes. In practice, this means there is no one-way transfer of knowledge from trainer to participants, but rather a strong emphasis on dialogue and interaction. Our courses and trainings take place in Berlin, and we aim to integrate the city itself as much as possible into the program. For example, we address urban themes through interactive city tours, visit schools and/or socio-cultural institutions, and engage in conversations with local professionals.

In short: during our trainings, participants actively work with the themes in a non-formal way — and very little time is spent in a classroom!

ORGANISATION

In addition to the training program itself, Clash! also arranges hotel accommodation as well as full catering (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We are also happy to advise on possible leisure activities in the evenings.

The teacher programs can be (partly) funded through the European Erasmus+ program.
