Niels Jansen (1994) studied Social Cultural Work at SUMMA College Eindhoven and then completed his bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the AP-Hogeschool in Antwerp. He wrote his bachelor thesis on the contribution of non-formal methods on intercultural dialogue for the development of the teacher programme: ‘Intercultural dialogue in the classroom’. His first meeting with Clash! Exchange & Learning and Berlin was in 2014, here he was a participant within a SUMMA College exchange project. This experience eventually led him to return to Berlin, where he undertook an exchange study at Alice Salomon Hochschule and then completed his graduate internship at Clash! Within Clash!, Niels is involved in the preparation and implementation of projects for entry-level and socio-cultural education in particular. He is also involved in the acquisition and maintenance of partnerships with Berlin-based organisations.
